MIU France polished stainless-steel commercial mandoline, item # 90797. This model features a rotating julienne blade and stationary straight and waffle blade. Changing the size of the julienne blade is as easy as rotating the side knob. The black safety ring holds the food in place on the mandoline while slicing. Can be used to make standard or waffle french fries. Great for julienne carrot, potatoes and all hard vegetables. The folding legs are coated with rubber to offer additional support on the counter top when slicing. Mandoline comes in handy carrying case that holds all parts of the mandoline.
