The super sharp stainless-steel V-blade quickly slices your fruits and vegetables with ease. Each plate locks into place while in use. The legs have small round rubber disks to help stabilize the slicer on the countertop while in use. This Vee Mandoline Slicer comes with 2-Julienne inserts (3.5mm and 7mm width), 3-Height inserts (3, 2 and 1 inch thickness), and a matching safety holder/guard. The storage caddy for the plates sits flat or upright. Always use the safety holder when slicing food to protect fingers from the sharp blades. Made of superior durable, composite plastic that is tough and sturdy and dishwasher safe.
